The western side of Holiday, close to the coast. Mostly single-story homes on small lots, mixed with condo and villa complexes. Tahitian Homes and Westwood sit here too.
East side
Street grids of single-story homes, with a mix of home types. Crest Ridge Gardens and Orangewood Village are on this side as well.
Near the Gulf
HOA communities by the Anclote River and Key Vista Nature Park, including Gulf Winds. Larger houses are common.
